We are excited to introduce you to the Member Engagement Solution (MES)! Before you begin, some things to note:

Training combines instructional videos with hands-on Core Competency Tasks that you'll complete after each segment

Team participation is strongly encouraged to promote collaborative learning and shared understanding

Once you've watched the videos and completed the Core Competency tasks, schedule a review with your Onboarding Specialist for Q&A and to begin the next phase of onboarding. All Core Competency Tasks must be completed before your final review session
